Board of Directors & Staff

It shall be the duty of the Board of Directors to conduct, manage and control the affairs and business of the Corporation and to promulgate and enforce rules and regulations therefore not inconsistent with law, the Articles of Incorporation or the Bylaws of the Corporation.

The officers of the Corporation shall be the President, Executive Officer, Director of Finance, Secretary, and Director of Facilities and such other officers as the Board of Directors shall from time to time elect with such duties as from time to time may be prescribed by the Board of Directors or the Bylaws.

Betina Parker

President: the President shall have general charge and supervision of the Corporation.

Athena Tacoronte

Executive Officer: In the absence of the President, the EO shall, in the order designated by the Board of Directors, perform all of the duties of the President.

Annette Keanu

Director of Facilities: The Director of Facilities shall insure the facilities are in compliance with all state codes and shall oversee all events on the ranch property.

Daniela Conway

Secretary: The Secretary shall keep the minutes of all meetings of the Board of Directors.

Serina Horwat

Director of Finance: The DOFi shall be the chief financial officer of the Corporation and exercise general supervision over the receipt, custody and disbursement of funds.
