RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Equine 808, LLC is not responsible for conduct or acts of horses to themselves or each other, nor loss or damage arising from the condition of the animals themselves, or which results from their nature or propensities while in our care or in our trailer(s). Trip insurance, if desired, should be arranged by you, the customer through his/her insurance agent. By signing below, you agree to release Equine 808, LLC., from any and all negligence and to indemnify and hold harmless Equine 808, LLC., its agents, contractors, vendors, members, family and employees from any and all claims, damages and losses to personal property, Losses, injuries, or death or horses and expenses arising out of or resulting from this agreement. To insure safety, any and all horses will be required to wear shipping boots and headgear while in our trailer(s). If you do not have these items, we will provide them for you. You also agree that in the event of arbitration, any and all legal fees incurred by Equine 808, LLC. shall be paid 100% to Equine 808, LLC. by you the endorser of this contract.
